In addition to the grief that the death of a loved one can cause, the family is often left with the task of ensuring that their loved one’s property is legally passed to their beneficiaries. This process is called probate and this responsibility is left to the personal representative who is most often the individual named in the Last Will and Testament. At the Grant Law Group, we represent personal representatives, as well as assist family members, in order to ensure the successful probate administration of an estate.
